Rates and your margin
Channel commissions are charged by the channels, not by Ribat. Because Ribat adds no booking commission on top, the rate you set is the rate you keep after the channel’s fee. You pay a flat monthly fee per property, from $49, whatever your revenue.
Common rate scenarios
- Weekend or event uplift: raise the rate for specific dates on every channel at once.
- Channel offset: keep one channel slightly higher to cover its commission.
- Quiet period: lower the rate for a property that is under-occupied, then check the result in analytics.
- New property: give each building its own rates without touching the rest of the portfolio.
Because rate changes and availability travel through the same real-time sync, a price you set is not undone by a booking arriving on another channel.
