Ribat charges a flat monthly fee per property by room count, from $49 (1–2 rooms) to $289 (101+ rooms), with every tool included, 0% booking commission and a 14-day free trial.
Guesty’s Lite plan is published at a low per-listing price for 1–3 listings. Its Pro plan (4–199 listings) and Enterprise plan are quote-based, and add-ons such as lock management are priced separately. Compare totals, not entry prices: ask for the full monthly cost including every add-on you will use.
Smart locks
Ribat’s TTLock integration creates a unique passcode per booking, emails it to the guest and expires it at checkout. Battery and offline alerts are included, and codes can be generated, revoked or extended manually.
Guesty’s LocksManager is described as an add-on with automatic code generation and support for major lock brands. We could not verify from public material whether TTLock is on the list or what the add-on costs, so check before you commit.
When Guesty is a better fit
